is an abbreviation of / SMS
Website Information. Our
Custom Software allows
website browsers the ability
to send your own website
information directly as an SMS from
your website to the
customers mobile phone, in
an instant, at their
request.
What is an SMS message?
SMS refers to 'Short Message
Service' and it is the
ability to send and receive
text based messages of up to
160 characters on your
mobile phone.
Which mobile phone
carriers are supported?
We support all Australian
mobile phone carriers.
How long does it take for
an SMS to reach the
receiver?
Usually, it takes around 30
seconds to a minute, but in
some circumstances a little
longer, depending on mobile
phone coverage, demand on
transmission towers, etc.
What happens if the
recipient's mobile phone is
turned off or no coverage?
The mobile service provider
of the recipient will
continue to try to deliver
the message for up to 5 days
before automatically
deleting the message.

How do I
Register my Mobile Number?
First time users need to
Register their details via
the link at the bottom of
the
SMSwebinfoTM Plug-In
‘Register Mobile’ and then
send YES to 19 767 932 to
confirm acceptance of
Registration. Register once
and use
SMSwebinfoTM from any
participating websites. All
Registration are
confidential.
Is
SMSwebinfoTM
a FREE service?
The 3 different Packages are
priced at $199.00 as an
introductory offer. reg.
$495.00 inc gst.
An Annual Fee of $88.00 inc
gst or Monthly Fee of $19.80
inc gst depending on
purchasers preference of
Package.
Package 1 + 2, the End
User/Website Browser is
invoiced either to their
pre-paid credit or mobile
invoice, 55 cents inc gst to
receive the information they
require as an SMS.
Package 3 is free for the
End User/Website Browser.
The business/website owner
will be invoiced for the SMS
usage, 18 cents inc gst per
SMS.
What
is this message on my mobile
phone?
" PremiumSMS transaction not
completed. Service not set
up on your account 4 details
or to enable this service
call - - - - - -, This is a
free msg"
This message will appear on
your mobile, if you have not
set up 19numbers to be
accepted on your mobile
phone invoice. Please
contact your mobile phone
carrier and ask them to
allow 19numbers.
Is there a limit on the
number of SMS's I can send?
Yes for Package 3 only,
because the business/website
owner will be invoiced for
the SMS usage, they will set
their SMS credit limits to
suit their budget. They
control the number of SMS’s
sent per PC address, and the
number of SMS’s sent across
the entire account per day.
Package 1 + 2, the End User
can send as many SMS’s to
themselves as necessary, as
they are invoiced for the
usage.
What happens if someone
tries to SMS from my site
and the credit limits have
been already exceeded?
Package 3
only: The website browser
will receive a pop-up
notifying that the SMS
credit limits have been
exceeded. The
business/website owner will
be sent an email notifying
that the SMS credit limits
have been reached, the owner
can change credit limits as
a result.
Can an SMS be sent
overseas?
No. Our
SMSwebinfoTM
Custom Software is set-up
for Australian originated
Mobile Numbers only.
When the SMS is received
by the website browser, what
number will the SMS appear
as, and is this number
configurable?
The received SMS is
generated from a database of
un-used available mobile
numbers that our SMS
provider has available. The
SMS mobile numbers are not
able to be configured to
show who sent the SMS.
What happens if I reply to
the SMS received?
The reply is sent to the
business/website owner’s
email address supplied on
initial purchase of our
SMSwebinfoTM
Custom Software. They then
respond to all queries
accordingly.
Software Set-Up Questions:
Is the software plug-in
easy to install?
The
SMSwebinfoTM
Custom Software is simple to
install. If you have a
minimum knowledge of website
design you should be able to
insert the plug-in into your
website. Web designers on
average take approximately
30minutes to install,
depending on the content
that needs to be
re-positioned.
Do I need anything
special to download/install?
You will receive the
SMSwebinfoTM
Custom Software plug-in and
Username/Password via email,
after the purchase funds
have been cleared. You then
follow the instructions for
set-up.
Why is
the SMSwebinfo code not
working on my test website?
The code is not working on
your test website because we
have security measures in
place to allow each specific
Username & Password to only
work from the nominated web
address. If you have
nominated a web address and
your test web address is
different, the
SMSwebinfoTM
code will not allow access.
How do I put multiple
store locations in Template
Set-up?
As long as the Category
title is the same, you
simply add each store name,
and all your different store
locations will be under the
one Category.
